first time. And as he was turning around he just tasered him. I guess your not allowed 2 seconds of delay when these guys ask you to do something. This guy didn't seem dangerous at all. Basically he had no chance. |

car he's putting his life in danger. When that guy refuses to turn around, the cop doesn't know if they guy is going to pull a gun or what. He is just trying to keep himself safe. God forbid the cop look out for himself. But no, you're right, it's always better to blame the cop. |
